Keeping little toes warm this winter. That was the challenge/aim for one of the October charity projects.

Touching Little Lives is an Ohio-basd charity helping babies, so it’s like helping my neighbors from home. They posted a Bootie Bonanza challenge to try and collect 2003 pair of baby booties. With everyone’s help, they were able to collect a whopping 5,879 pair of booties! Amazing.

While I was only able to help with a miniscule 10 pair, this project really emphasized the Power of One. As added incentive, the easiest baby bootie pattern was shared throughout the groups – soleless booties.
