Rule 37

by Nanc filed under cheerio on June 6, 2009 07:36 PM

Let sleeping babies lie where they fall (asleep).

Evie's had a full, fun day today. She's been swimming with P-la and the Squid - always a joy! Plus, she is totally rolling completely around now - total 360s.

This, of course, brings us closer to the mobile stage that frightens us a bit.

In this photo, Evie has rolled and rolled and rolled herself off her play mat and quilt, and onto the dirty floor (trust me). But I figure since her head is still on the quilt, there's no need to fuss and move her.

Is this bad - or just lazy parenting? (Or are those the same thing?)

We had so much fun too!!

I remember those roly poly then crash days!! Matter of fact I need to find a picture and send it to you of The Squid. He's quite a bit older then your sweet one in the pix but the same type of thing!

I've been out of the baby business for a while, but I don't have any problem with that.

I guess as long as she doesn't roll herself to the wall like a Roomba it should be okay...

Evie is so cute no matter what she does. Does she suck the same two fingers you did? middle two? Glad to hear she is enjoying the pool. Just don/t keep her fair skin out in the sun too long.

I think you can call 5 second rule and be all good.
