Hi, this blog has been upgraded, but I'm leaving the old pages online until the search engines catch up. If you want to join the discussion, this may be the page you're looking for on the new site.
The Natural
We want to encourage creativity and music appreciation in our little girl, so we sat her down at our old, out-of-tune piano and let her plunk away.
Actually, it was pretty awesome.
She's no Chopin (but she is part Polish), but it is great fun to let her sit down and tickle the ivories.
We've been lax in our duty to post new pictures of Evie, or so it's been pointed out to us. We have been taking pictures as Evie tries more things and has more firsts, but getting them from the camera to the computer is the trick.
At 5 months, Evie is growing into a fun little person. She's still just as smiley and happy as ever, but now there's a fuller range of smiles and she's entertained by more things. This is quite fun for us.

Jerry Lee Lewis? I dunno--I don't see a little foot up there yet. Evie's not too young to try out some fancy shades to see if they loosen up her inner Elton, you kno...
When she's ready for the drums, bring her over to my house!
Liberaci would be awed!
AWWWWWW....so cute!
She does look at ease at the piano.
What a doll!!!
