Wonderful work Nanc. Each of these creations-- especially Matty's vest -- is even more beautiful in person.

Gorgeous! I have to say, I'm very proud to be the recipient/wearer of your first fair isle project -- it's my favorite hat EVER! And Matty's vest is just beautiful . . . makes me almost want to copycat you. Also, I love that picture of Rosie in Lindsay's beret . . . hee!

Great work as always. Ever since you visited, I've been inspired to knit. I just never seem to have 2 free hands :-( Keep showing me your beautiful work, and keep the inspiration alive!

Neal doesn't wear the vest I knit for him very often, either. But he wears his hats and scarves all the time so I don't take it personally (even if it did take forever to knit!)

Love the pirate hat - I'll make one some day!

It is absolutely normal to threaten not to knit for your husband if things aren't working out like you thought. It took over a year for my husband to get his second sock! The man has unusually shaped toes. Totally his fault, not mine. :o)

How did I miss this post?

Love the pics of the projects.
